I’m incredibly grateful for the graphotherapy experience. At first, I didn’t quite grasp its purpose, and it took some time to get accustomed to it. Throughout the process, I struggled with maintaining vertical alignment, but everything clicked when I stopped being self-critical and committed to gradual improvement. I used to write between the lines, reflecting a time when I lived more in a dreamy state. Now, I write on the line, and I’ve noticed a shift towards being more realistic, even though I still have a tendency to prioritize many things at once. Writing on the line has also boosted my confidence, especially when I draw the t-bar at the top.

Even though I’m not naturally an early riser, I made it a priority over these 21 days, practicing before going to work.
